Has pop out LDC Screen that will rotate. Image stabilizer, play back, takes digital pictures, and much more. Used very little. Comes with case, remote control, two batteries, charger,new camcorder cleaning kit, direct plug to power cable, along with other cables, everything but the manual (could not find it).
