Flo Scan problem

I was wondering if anyone else has any problems with their floscan? Mine reads dead on, works great then every once in a while it stops reading, rpms still read but the GPH goes to zero and the total mount burned does not change, sometimes it only alst a few minutes and then once it did not work the rest of the day.... any ideas? its very inconsistent.
