Response Letters

Maybe, just maybe the powers that be are listening to us fisherman.
Earlier this year I wrote my letters to my state legislators and to Lindsay Ball at the ODFW about my feelings regarding the Columbia springer allocation.
Several weeks ago I got a response from Jerry Krummel (House of Rep)who informed me he was with us and sent me a copy of the letter he sent to Lindsay Ball.
Yesterday I received a letter from Lindsay Ball's office telling me what they were doing, why, and how. They also put a several page insert in the envelope with all the details of the plan.
It's nice to at least get a response. Someone read my letters! Are we getting somewhere?

On another note,I just wrote a big, fat, unexpected check to Multnomah County [img]graemlins/berry.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/berry.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/berry.gif[/img] and I was wondering if you could write a letter for me?

I don't think those of us that live and work in Clackamas County have to write those extra checks. Or, maybe I don't write those extra checks because I don't make much money? After my rent and child support I qualify for food stamps.
