going to be camping at Foster in July and have heard about smallmouth fishing there. Never fished for bass any advice on how and where to fish for them?

I've caught em on several baits near the bridges around the rip rap. Senkos, small cranks, and robo worms either drop shot or on a small shakey head. Most were pretty small but did catch a 3 pounder there a couple years ago. Me and the kids might fish it this weekend in a jon boat and pontoons, if ya see us say hello. Good luck.
