Partnership proposition/questions
I have had plans to open a food service establishment for years and years.
Heres the idea. simple. Pizza and subs.
One of my first jobs, which I still look fondly back upon here 18 years later, was working for an grumpy old italian man named Vinny Salerno.
He made an unreal , authentic italian pie, caneloni, lasagna and some awesome subs, and he could sell them to a dead man. Every recipe is still filed away in my mental roladex.
I'm no rookie, as Ive successfully started three businesses in the past, and anyone whos been to Maui in the last 10 years is likely to have patronized one of them.
I've got Ten grand of my own, and could likely get another 5 or 10 from my Aunt.
Anyone interested in talking about this? Im looking at the Portland or Salem area, but do not know either of these places and where to target a customer base who would appreciate a nice little italian pizza joint where thier kids can watch me throw the dough in the air like it should be done.
Advice is welcome, but I'd really like to hear from people who might have an interest in a partnership (straight up, by the book)
I have no trouble working and giving 200% to any endeavor.
I hope to be operational aproximately one year from now. (when pops is home, and Ive got a year with my new job under my belt to save a little more, and consult an MBA)
