Default Seats coming loose-- ideas on how to fix????

On my new to me boat, the previous owner would take the seats out on some of his trips, because he wanted more room. These are "box" seats, with the aluminum storage box underneath the seats.

Because of the repeated times he took the seats out, two of the 4 bolts/screws are now stripped (on one seat), and the seat is loose. How should I tighten this up? Just drill bigger holes into the flooring?

I did that too. Except I used my crodless Makita drill to screw them in with. Just remember that you will have to one day weld up the holes and redrill. Only this time redrill at the stock size. I haven't reached that time ....... yet. But I know its coming.
