Thanks to Steve Salveson - Fishbait - Ifish sponser, who is an all around good guy. He and his company did a great job recently on our home refinance. I was very impressed, whenever there was a problem or we had a question, Steve handled it personally.

We signed the paperwork a week ago at 5.75% for a 30 year fixed. Wow! :grin:

Rated have even dropped more since I locked 2 weeks ago. Now is a great time to refinance, and Steve is the guy to get it done.

I just wanted to say thanks... and make sure that everyone know where to go for a refinance.

UG I couldnt agree more. :tongue: I refinanced a couple months ago and Steve had is secretary take care of everything, which is why it went so smooth.

I felt better knowing Steve was just the front man. :tongue:

Dang you got a better rate than I did. Looks like I pulled the trigger a little to early.

No time like the present, to get a low rate, and cash out some equity in your house to buy a new fishing boat. Make sure you post the boat and fish pics.

Thank you very much for the kind words. From my perspective it's pretty simple.......... I simply need to do it better than everyone else. If I can't then I should probably close my doors right now cause I won't be in business in 6-12 months. And I will be here for years to come.

Hey, it was also nice to get to know you a little better. I still hope that when things slow down for me at work we can get out and make a trip or two.
