NFR: schools and the lottery money

I went to my daughters school to talk to the principal yesterday. The issue of the childrens days out of school came up and I asked her why so many? her answer was money! I asked her if the lottery money that was supposed to go to the schools was helping and she said WHAT MONEY! The only money that they have recieved has been from Spirit Mountain Casino, and that is the only reason that they still have school here.
I guess that the lottery money is only for certain schools.
