Best Commercial?
I liked the Bud Light commercial with the date and her mother.
Her HUGE "buttocks" were hilarious
What was your favorite??

I kinda liked the Ozzy Osbourne Pepsi commercial. I might have missed some others, though.

Re: Best Commercial?
I lost the coin toss with Sally (she who must be obeyed) and had to go out to get the pizza, so I missed these. I'm bummed. After such a washout game, the commericals were what I was looking forward to.

Re: Best Commercial?
How about the one where the guy has the "dreadlocks" dog on his head ... "if I could get a Bud Light, mon!"
I was shocked by the "public service" smoke pot=get pregnant spot. Reverting to 1930's propaganda B.S. - nice.

Re: Best Commercial?
Yeah, that was ironic, being sandwiched as it was between a dozen beer ads. Including the MGD ad that showed the guy cruising the bar for a girl. Sheesh. Our tax money hard at work.
I don't mind the idea of advertising to keep kids from doing drugs, but let's at least make ads that they won't laugh at.

Re: Best Commercial?
Anybody see the Ad with the guy who had the "Trunk Monkey" button? It was a hoot (and local too!).
The Bud Lite commercial with the upside down clown was "interesting".

Re: Best Commercial?
I couldn't believe that "Marijuana impairs your judgement" spot. Far more women have accidentally gotten pregnant under the influence of alcohol than ganja.
Whoever wrote that tripe obviously had impaired judgement. If you want an anti-drug message to hit home with teenagers, play the angles that really matter to them- social status and especially appearance.

Re: Best Commercial?
Or, SH, why not extrapolate the data to the premise that rising pot use REDUCES teen pregnancy?
Can't we just keep this a little lighter? You fellers made your point about the ridiculous reefer madness ad. After all, the title to the thread is "Best Commercial?"

Re: Best Commercial?
I think Bud won with the zebra and lost with the clown. I thought the zebra was really timely with the concern of officiating the last couple weeks. Some ad firm made a good guess on content.
I also like Yao and Yogi.

Re: Best Commercial?
I thought the Dodge Truck commercial was great. I about lost it when the wad of jerky hit the windshield.
The Bud commercial with the date and her mother was a hoot as well.

Re: Best Commercial?
I did a quick web search on teen pregnancy rates. According to the Center For Disease control, in a fact sheet available here, teen pregnancy and abortion rates both have been declining for the last ten years, at the exact same time that teen marijuana use has been rising. It would seem that the only reasonable conclusion that can be drawn is that increased pot use does not correlate to increased teen pregnancy.

Re: Best Commercial?
The office linebacker was my top pick,"When it's game time, it's pain time!!!!" another I liked was the guy walking down the sidewalk towards the little with the leashed donkey. He stops and kicks the donkey in the a$$. I did'nt see what product was being advertised though.
