Pepporoni Sticks

OK I know I'm cheating, but I'm in a time pinch and this gets more traffic than the hunting section, especially on a sunday morning... So I will be using my ducko'roni to eat while fishing .. :smile:

where do you guys take your duck to get made into pepporoni in Portland on a sunday? (i'm leaving town in the morning)

I have not personally used them for something like this, but Gartner's on NE Killingsworth Street will process game and they have good selection on meat too.

OK, you eat your pepperoni in a time crunch. I have tons of time to monitor the fishing site, move irrelevant posts, and keep everything else going, all at the same time.

I dont live over in Portland anymore, but Whites Meats is the best place that i found, its in gresham! I have a friend who also moved to this area from the Portland area and after trying the places over here, he swore next year, hed make the drive to Gresham from now on to get his pepperoni made! Id recomend them for anything doing with meat, they may be more expensive but you get what you pay for!
