Default OH MY!!

Just a little reminder to be CAREFUL!!
Ok here it is Thursday, nearing the end of the week and we get a 3 day weekend..
It is also payday and Im out of the office off to the bank and to get a bite to eat for lunch!
When all of sudden without hardley but a 3 second warning.. WHAM!!!
Im going down Kruse Way getting on 217 approaching Westlake when a crazy lathargic (sp) woman pulls out in front of me and I hit her going @ 45 MPH.. Glad I drive a pick up because had I been driving a car like her's there would have been alot more damage! Defenitlly more damage to her car then my truck.. But the ladies insurance company is paying for everything even a rental car while my truck is in the shop!
Did not feel anything but being a little in shock after it happen, but now almost 3 hours later Im feeling the pain in my sholder and upper back....
Just want all my fellow Ifish friends to be careful out and about when you are driving, anymore with cellphone and everything else in vehicles, you not only have to drive your car but also watch out for the one next to ya....

Glad your okay! The sore shoulders and back are from gripping the wheel so hard. Tomorrow your arms will be sore too. Take a warm bath and some asprin type stuff )If it doesn't bother your stomach). Keep from getting stiff and you'll feel much better in a couple of days. If it isn't better after tomorrow or asprin won't releive some of the discomfort, go to the doctor. Don't mess with back problems. Good luck.

Get an attorney. Document all physician
visits. Get a good chiropractor. He or
she will perform a good exam. I was hit
by a semi, from behind, that flipped me
end over end twice. It took two years but
I was able to buy a brand new boat. The
reason her insurance company is being so
nice is because they will end up paying.
It is a game that is played over and
over. Be a smart player. Do not sign
anything until you talk to an attorney.
Do not be in a rush. Be patient. Take
care of yourself!

fisherlady76,
Glad your alright, I to was in an accident awhile back that could have been allot worse that it turned out due to some circumstances at the time of the collision. I was not injured except for like you some pain in my back/shoulder area the next day. Solely to protect my intrests in regards to my health and vehicle I contacted my attorney. He took care of all the correspondence with the insurance companies to make sure I was compensated for my losses. I made it perfectly clear to him that I was not interested in getting rich over this, just wanted everything paid for since the accident was not my fault. He told me I could sue for some substantial money due to the circumstances but I don't believe in doing that, just compensate me for my losses. So, my advice to you is the same as Fear No Fish!, contact an attorney to make sure of your rights and to ensure you don't get cheated. Also, go to a doctor as soon as possible to get checked out.

Be safe,
JK
