It is just a few miles west of Claskanie, OR. Are you trying to find it via road or water?

If you don't plan on driving on the beach a car will work fine. Paved roads right up to parkng lot at Jones beach.

Go west on Hwy 30 through Claskanie. A couple of miles past Claskanie you will see a resturaunt on the left. There is a cross road there. Sorry don't know the name of the road. I believe this is the third crossroad after leaving Claskanie. It should have a sign that says Jones Beach. Follow the signs. It will be a right turn off Hwy 30. Sorry I can't give better instructions, it's been a while since I actually went to the beach. From Hwy 30 to Jones beach is a few miles. My guess is between 3 and 5 miles. Just keep heading north towards the river.

Hope this helps.

If you get to Wesport you've gone to far. Turn around and go back about a mile or two.

Great place.
