I do use Quicken Basic for banking and their Turbo Tax. My banking software is totally screwed up right now, thanks to Wash Mutual.
I'm about as lame as you can get with computers, but I always try to help.
I do know that Quicken will charge you for tech support if they deem that it's something other than their product causing a problem. Been there, done that.

I use quicken 2001 for my banking. I am by no means an expert but I do get by with it :smile: I do know that you can't get tech support for any of the older quickens anymore but they will send you a version of 2001 for free. At least that is what they did for me. Last fall when I had to reboot my computer and couldnt reregistar the old version.
