Default What Gizmo Got for Christmas

Just heard that our senior moderator Walt (Gizmo) has picked up a little early Christmas present...viral pnemonia.

Terrible timing, Giz. Get well soon and get out there and get ya some fish!

Bad, bad, news! Take your meds and get lots of rest. Hope you feel better by Christmas.

Walt, your timing is indeed terrible. Best wishes for a quick, full recovery.

But while you're laid up, maybe you could take care of a few things ... 6 dozen Muddler Minnows (sizes 6 and 8), 6 dozen Joe's Hoppers (size 8), 12 dozen Parachute Adams (sizes 12, 14 & 16), 4 dozen Paradun Adams (size 16), 6 dozen Elk Hair Caddis (size 16 & 18) and 6 dozen Flame Stimulators (size 4).

Thanks.

Viral? Windows XP is bad, but I think that calling it viral is a bit much.

Dang Walt, getting that stuff this time of year is a terrible thing. right at the beginning of prime steel chasing. Praying you get better.

Since Pete has you doing stuff, Could ya tie up so steelie leaders for me too. And can I used your drift boat? I really want to learn how to row one. Was thinking a good training ground would be the rock garden on the Clackamas. Should I wait for a little lower water?

Get well soon bud. Stay in bed for petes sake. Listen to your doctor....for a change.

Bernie how do you think he got this terrible virus.... He was out steelheading :depressed: when he should have been sitting at home having someone play nurse maid to him.

And to top it all off we didn't get any fish.....

Steve, It's hard to keep Giz down. He has a pill for every occasion. One to sit up, one to shower, one to walk, one to fish and so on.... You would think that when a guy does'nt feel good common sense means that you stay home and rest. Not Walt!!!!!! If there is a fish to catch he wants to be at the pond no matter what. That is unless he is strapped into bed for back rest.

Giz get better. I need steelhead lessons on the clackamas!!!!! Take care.
