Holcomb park (Richland)

Is the water level enough to launch at Holcomb park yet? Thingking about heading out there for some crappie fishing.

It's not up to the concrete ramp yet but guys are launching off the gravel. Hewitt Park is a circus.

Just got back from Hewitt/Holcomb; one ramp is usable. Float dock nearly out of the water and a long back down to the water. The water level is at 2052 elevation concreet ramp is good down to 2041 feet so plenty of water for even larger boats. Crappie fishing hot but Bass slow yet. Boat docks and other two ramps are high and dry. If you can find Idaho Power's web site they post water levels, temps, and levels that ramps are usable.
