If you launch at Washougal and go up river, the first slough that you come to on your left has a rip-rap bank on it. Near the start of that bank is some pilings that jut out into the channel for about 30' or so. The smallies like to stack up behind those pilings out of the current. I worked a white spinnerbait slowly just off the bottom to limit out there one day last spring about this time. Bill
