This guys wife used to be a librarian. His wife reads to children upside down, like a real teacher does. It MAY be possible that he was reading to shildren (upsidedown) and flipped the book up? Who knows? Just my .02

It may be a real, un-doctored photo but even if it is, that doesn't mean W is an idiot. W didn't go to 'Nam and wasn't Rambo but he did serve as a reserve F-102 pilot. You can't be an idiot [img]graemlins/1zhelp.gif[/img] and survive flying supersonic jet fighter aircraft for very long.

The guy may not be the world's best public speaker and he may have the book upside down in the photo op, but I'm sure glad we have Bush, Cheney etc. running things now rather than Clinton & Algore.

In this country, we can make jokes about our president. We also have a president that can take it when the joke is on him.

In some countries, if the leader blundered and the photographer published a picture like that, they would be prosecuted.

I too, like our president. This picture still cracks me up! :grin:

I'm not a fan of the current Prez, but the photo is definitely altered. You can tell by examining the placement of the back cover photo.
