Went out to Highway 203 pond on Friday and landed a pretty nice 11" rainbow. Must have been a holdover from last year as when I was leaving, the ODFW truck pulled up and began their first stocking of the pond. This means that North Powder #1 and Haines Pond have also been stocked, since they do all 3 the same day usually. So there are several thousand stocked keepers ready for us in the Baker City area now.
One other thing, the last time I was out to North Powder, the road was still covered with water right by the pond. A 4-wheeler with some clearance could make the trip in pretty easily, but I'm afraid my little Kia Sportage would float out into the pond.

I'm sure someone will get in there with a backhoe and clean out the drainage now that it's stocked though.
