Interested in some fly hooks? (Updated)

I know of a person who is selling a lot of Gami fly hooks for very good price (store sellout)......ie 1-2 cents each hook or less. I have never used Gami fly hooks, but I would imagine they are very good hooks. The seller has several thousand hooks, and I believe they are mainly trout styles/sizes.
Personally I cannot use THAT many hooks, but I could use some...and I post this to see if anyone else would be interested in going in on this.
I have not finalized anything yet, just kicking it around.

How much do gami fly hooks sell for?
The seller is now changing his prices on me and wants $50 per 1000 (5 cents a hook). Are they worth that? I have never used them so I leave it up to you guys.......here is what he has.

Hooks run $3-$5.25/25 or something. Your hooks are a good deal, less than half price. But, I'm only familiar with small packs so if comparing with larger numbers I don't know where that stands. He changing his pricing would torque me but if you want to do it I'll put in an order for 50 size 12 dry and 50 size 12 nymph. I could also use 100 size 8 streamer hooks IF standard wire 3X long. If he had size 18-20 dries or wets I'd order bigger numbers.

I'm flexible on the quantities but don't want to get out of hand.

Well I havent heard from anyone else so I think ill pass on this deal.........unless someone wants several hundred hooks I dont think it would be worth messing with.
