Default Two part question?

I have a couple coming in from out of town and they would like to go sturgeon fishing, (she has never caught a sturgeon) they are Wa licensed. It doesn't look like the sturgeon are biting down here around Longview, has any one got an idea where we cought get into some fish?

Part 2:
They would also like to find some crawdads/crawfish, years ago I would trap them in a little creek behind the old homestead. I think they want quite a few and the old creek is all posted now days. A lil help on this would be Gr8!

I took my friends up to Hood River last Saturday and we put 4-5 fish per hour in the boat several over 36". No keepers in our boat but one 46" in the next boat over. Fun for all!!

Hood River sounds like fun, the only thing is they will have about 3 hours (drive time) in when they get to Longview, I'm thinking that's a little to far for them towing a boat. Thanks for the info, but H/R will have to wait for more than a 1 day trip.
I hear the cat fishin is fairly good up that way to.
