Sliding rod holder mounts.
Does anyone have contact info for the guy that sells these locally? Or know who carries them now? Northriver used to carry them and well, you know. Made of black aluminum, 3 pieces that screw together and mount on the side of the gunnel.

Willie Boats sells them. I don't know if there is a size difference but the guys at Willie will know.

Re: Sliding rod holder mounts.
I've used the Willie's. Nice.
Motion Marine (Promotion Fishing Products) makes a similar gizmo.

Re: Sliding rod holder mounts.
I'm installing a Mac Trac system on gunnels and stern, but it's something like Delrin plastic, not aluminum.

Re: Sliding rod holder mounts.
I recently installed the Macatrac system and couldn't be happier. One four feet section running across the back of my jet boat allows rod placement anywhere. I then added a rod holder on the left side (oppoosite side) of the kicker motor. They have lengths from 12" to 4" or anything in between.
My recommendation is to stop at Joes (Not trying to take advantage of their current financial situation) but they just started carrying it and a couple of weeks agao I was in and they had an end display at half price. I was like a kid in a candy store buying new gadgets for it. Tool / scent holders, tray for misc items.
Tight lines,
Jim

Re: Sliding rod holder mounts.
I noticed Macatrac no longer has a website. They out of business?

So did you ask them if they could order you some from the people that make/made them for Northriver? From everything I've heard about Stevens and their great customer service, I would think that they would be willing to do that for you?
I have 4 and could use 2 more if they need to order in bulk for best pricing?
