Default Howdy flyfishers

I think I've only posted on this board a couple times, but I've been really missing flyfishing and would love to get back into it. I'm no expert, but I do love to fly fish.

My flyfishing experience consists of lots of trout and smallmouth bass fishing in Eastern Oregon during 86 and 87, then a few years fishing for summers on the west fork of the Hood River. But since they closed that section of river and my fishing partner started working a different shift, I've done very little flyfishing. My main rod is a 6-7 weight Lamiglass I made in 1985, and a couple bamboo rods I like to play with on occasion.

My shoulder is kind of screwed up right now, but I'd like to get in some fishing before I have surgery. If any of you are ever looking for a fishing partner for the day, let me know - if I'm not working I'd be glad to tag along. (I do know how to keep my mouth shut about locations)

Welcome back to the Dark side of fishing...

First we need you to get a real ff type name

That where's my bobber can be change to Where's my fly...

Hopefully someone on your side of the river will volunteer to help you.
