gottafish-
I took a basic intro to flytying earlier this year fro the clark-skamania flyfishers. It was a great class and I highly recommend it! They teach basic and advanced tying once a year. The cost was only like 20$ total. We met each Wednesday night for about 5 weeks. They teach you about 2 flies each week, and provide you with all the material you (and give you tons to bring home!) They also offer an adanced class which I will try early next year. Just google for Clark-Skamania Flyfishers, to find their schedule. Just start out with your basic tools, and upgrade as you can. Good Luck!
