I haven't been out since after the cold snap but from reports the bite is back on about everywhere. I'll be out myself this week or this weekend.

Hey wolfhunter,
I appreciated your report on the other thread, you had a string of pretty good days at the end of Oct. But what is the talk about double-digit days? A double-digit is 10 or more, presumably one person. I wouldn't have brought it up but you've used that expression a couple of times so I'm thinking you've been back and did even better?

Kevin

the rogue river has been hot. look for double digit fish days through nov. and maybe even into dec. weather permitting.

well u guessed it right, many fished hooked up to 20 a day with a poor land ratio. ) usually land around 11-13 fish, averaging around 14 hook ups with 9 landed. small tippets like 3x and 4x are the keys to hooking many fish with the cold water.
