smoked rockfish
I decided to try smoking some rockfish that I caught this last week. Not very impressed! Glad I only did a small batch! Here's the brine so you don't make the same mistake!
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup salt
1pt. OJ
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 cup water
A lil less OJ and cut out the lemon juice and it might have been ok, but I still whon't be tryin it again!
