Does anyone know anything about grassy lake out of Cannon Beach? I have been thinking about going in there to check it out.

The only grassy lake that I know of is grassy lake creek which flows into the North Fork of the Nehalem river. Its downriver from the hatchery. If you want to read about it, check out Dave Hughes book, An Anglers Astoria.
