You need a minimum number of post (I think 30 or so) then it becomes available. They're called Avatars, and you can set them up in your profile

Bake and gottafish,
To get an avatar you only need 16 posts which makes you a full member to ifish. After the 16 posts you need to click on the PROFILE button above..

and then click on the words >>View/Update Profile<<. Update any info needed and you will also see the option to add an AVATAR to your profile, or download one of your own from your computer to the ifish picture uploads page and copy it to the avatar upload and use that.

Thanks for trying to help answer this question. You need to have 16 posts to different threads. Once you do that you can post an avatar.

Glad to be of help...It is customary here at ifish for the newbies to post a story of some kind (fishing related works but not necessary?) to introduce yourself here to the other members. The main fishing board is usually the place for these posts to appear. I checked your message list and noticed no story from you!! So get a going and post 1 and you will be that much closer to the avatar!! Welcome aboard
