Hey Pete,
Give Ed a call for lower Mckenzie River shuttle at: 541-896-0526. I've used him for a long time.

Don't have a shuttle number, but I just got back from the McKenzie. Fished McKenzie River Campground to Finn Rock yesterday. Fantastic float. Caught some nice 14 inchers on midge patterns.

Today floated from Greenwood to Deerhorn. They were releasing water from one of the canals to let the salmon move upstream. Really clouded the water up. Fishing on this stretch was so so until we took out. They just stocked the lower river, nailed some natives and hatcheries (emerging prince nymphs) from the beach above the take out.

Lots of boat traffic, if you don't get a shuttle, just be friendly and beg a ride.
