Stoneflies on the Rogue (Pics)

Wolfhunter and I went down and floated the Rogue 3 days for springers. But between each salmon hole, we'd bring out the 5-wt's and go to town on trout. These fish were really keyed on these buggers so fishing almost seemed too easy. Here's a pic of one fish and it's stonefly counterpart

Here's a picture of a Stone and one of the imitations that we tied up and used.

Naw, we didn't fish the Holy water. We decided to stay away from that area and the people. We figured floating down would be a little more interesting :smile:
