So far these guys have been good to deal with.

Just got back from their Marine Drive store.

The guy who sold me my boat was not there but another sales rep went out of his way to answer all my stupid questions and with a smile.

Yeah I expect that type of service. But they get a lot of bad press. Just felt like they deserved a good word. Alot of people tend to post about service only when its bad.

but wouldn't you just expect this kind of service after spending (presumably) big bucks at their place of busienss? I'm not trying to be negative, but it seems like this would be expected behavior.

Maybe we need to talk Les Schwab into selling boats. :tongue:
