Default Timothy Report

A bit late in reporting, but we spent last weekend at Timothy Lake, trolled deep, trolled shallow, did OK, but picked up the fly rods and slammed 'em. There seemd to be plenty of caddis, may fly and ants around and all three worked well in the water, both as emergers and drys. Largest fish were 15", many 10"-11". We long-lined sinking ants on sinking line behind the boat along the shore and did quite well. I'll be back and I'll leave the the downriggers at home.

Moman and All!
Just wanted to Talk about Timothy Meadows one more time before I give it up on this subject. As reported I was going up to check it out friday and Saturday. So here's my report. I too caught a lot of fish trolling a sunken black fly along the shore line. There was a mayfly hatch between 11:00 and 1:00 and I had some good dry fly action with that. It got really crowded on Saturday and the water apeared at least to me to loose a lot of its clarity. Maybe it was just me. Ran into a guy that said he did very well with an olive bugger. Well that's about it from me on Timothy Meadows.

Tight Lines!
