Anglers' Club of Portland BBQ & Casting Event

Thursday, June 12th

We will be meeting at about 6:30 PM, the evening of the 12th, in group area C. This is toward the South end of Westmoreland park, next to the creek.
Unfortunately, the casting pond is dry, but we can cast on the grassy area nearby, or perhaps in the creek, so bring your fly rod and expect to try out several different ones. Ever cast a spey rod?

The club will provide a catered dinner, and if this weather holds, it will be a very pleasant way to spend an evening.

Pete thanks for the heads up. Is this a free event or is there a charge or donation for the catered dinner? (Just want to make sure it is clear...)
