Default Wednesday PM Deschutes Report

Did the evening Warm Springs to Mecca float and for a Wednesday evening, it was unbelievably crowded :depressed: Got on the water by around 5:00 and found immediate action on top (actually, the very first cast of the night resulted in a nice 16" redside  ). Action was pretty consistent for myself and my buddy, fishing on top with bullet-head type salmonflies, probably getting over 25 rises a piece. Seemed the other people we talked to found some success as well (the two guys taking out at the same time we were said they had about a dozen rises between the two of them). As darkness came, there wasn't the massive amount of bugs in the air that I thought there would be. Seemed to be more bugs around last Saturday. Is it winding down? Hopefully the crowds will thinks so at least.
