Default The Rogue in Late March

I have four days to head south the last weekend in March and want to launch on the lower Rogue to fish Springers. Something new. I've read all the archives have got some great ideas: sounds like timing-wise, we'll hit it at a good time. I'm most curious about boating conditions, I have a 16' Alumacraft Fisherman with a 40 prop and 8 kicker. I understand the lower river, nearly to Agness, is navigable with prop. I don't want to go anywhere near the bar. Can a southcoaster offer some thoughts on launches, campsites and an area to concentrate. Maybe an Ifisher would even show me the troll for an hour so I get the hang of it? Id return the favor up my way someday. Thanks for your help.
