Default OC-Willamette Bank Report - Feb 23.
Hit the Willamette after work today pitching spinners. No fish hooked, did not see a fish by the plunkers.

I did get pretty hard line bump about 3 seconds after one cast, hmmmmmmm, fish?log? Also donated three spinners to the rock fish out there.
