Anybody got spring break plans yet?
I'm having a tuff time deciding on where to go camping this spring break. Our SB starts march 21st. We were thinking tenmile but it was really slow this time last year. We hit selmac in late april last year and had a ball so it is another option. New places are always fun also. The main thing is getting the kids into some action so I'd be happy finding some willing panfish with bass being a nice bonus for me. So anybody got some suggestions for a place that might be fishing well in late march.

Yeah I was thinking of making that drive, I fished there twice last couple years once in april caught a ton of fish, and again in october where we got our butts kicking in the triton boat owners tournament. I want to get down there this year with the kids but was thinking about more around may, I wish I could get a month long weather forcast. I have never fished prinville and have been wanting to, I have always thought it would fish better later in the year than early. Any truth to that? Good suggestions everybody keep em coming. I looked at the map today and am currently reading up on Howard Prarie, Apple gate, Hyatt and Emigrant.

Re: Anybody got spring break plans yet?
Oregon is still a bit too cold in late March, so we bumped up our spring break to the end of April, if I was going on spring break in late March, I would head south somewhere warmer.

Shasta or Clear. Although, if spring comes early, the Columbia in the Gorge should be good.
