Default I need help turning elk & deer hamburger into sausage

I have quite a bit of elk and deer hamburger left over. Does anyone know of a processor in the Eugene area that will convert my HB into bratwurst, etc.? I don't do it myself and I don't want to try. I want to make sure that I get my own meat back, not some stuff that's been added to what some other guy brought in.
Any and all experiences welcome.

Custom meats does good work, and you will get your own meat back.

if you ever get up Albany way, The Pepper Tree does good sausage/brats. I don't know if they do others for sausage, they did
do some salmon smoking for me a while back.

It is actually pretty easy to do it yourself as long as you have a grinder and a smoker. Just a few weekends ago my dad and I made 25 lbs of Salami, 25 lbs of Brats and 50 lbs of sausage. We use pork trimmings or pork shoulder to mix with the wild game. Once you make it yourself you will never have it made again... You can even add what you want to make it just that much better. We add jalapinos and cheese to the salami and extra spice to the Brats...

Good luck..

Thanks for the suggestion but I don't do it myself and I don't want to try.
Custom Meats sounds promising.

I've heard good things about custome meats but have never personally taken anything there.
