Custom rod lockers for my Formula Vee?

I'd like to improve my boat organization and storage, and I've always wanted a nice, lockable welded rod locker. I have a 21ft '97 Alumaweld Formula Vee.

Anyone know how much something like that might cost, and could you recommend someone near Troutdale that would do a good job?

check with stevens they have some lockers they can rivet in on some boats, I have two 9 footers in my boat and they get the job done.

Do you have any pictures of your lockers? And what price range did you pay for them?
