Well....any sow with cubs should be off limits. They'll stay with mom for two years. There's plenty of bears around, no need to take a producer out of the system if you can help it. Be patient and take a nice boar instead.

any sow with cubs is not off limits, only if the cubs are under a year.
take any bear that is leagle, they are worse for the deer and elk than most think.
i will be OTC this year.
