I think Wil had a great idea for a thread about pictures of our kids, and I didn't want to hi-jack his awesome thread. So here's my two pride and joys...

My baby's first deer hunt at 13...

My son at 16... He's a fresham at Oregon State this year

great pix of your kids, it scares me tho! i have a son that is 5 and a princess who just turned 3. they are growing way too fast!!!

Well, here are some of mine to add.
Now, I only have pictures from recent years in digital format. Sometime I'll scan the ones of when the kids were little people.
Here is my daughter, at about 13, and a friends 11yr old son on a juvie hunt.(sorry for poor quality because of lighting that day)

Here she is with her big blacktail at 13.

At 15, with a few different shots of her little buck.

And the work that follows, same deer.

At 16, with a doe and her Aunt with a buck.

And the work after.

Wheeling and dealing the estuary gator at 17.

And the results.

Like I said, I have a pile of old photos but they are not digital and are boxed away. Someday it will get to the top of my list to do.

They do grow fast. Here are some hunting related pics I have of my oldest daughter and my nephew.

This is her with her first deer at 14yrs old

And her second deer at 15yrs old

She hasnt got anything for a while now. She just turned 18 this last fall and I cant believe its gone so fast.

Here is my nephew at 12 with a ruff grouse

here he is at almost 14 with his elk

And then the following year with his deer

He has since moved to Washington and doesnt get to hunt here much any more, that really sucks but I think I taught him well enough to get it done without Unc. He is now 17 and a pretty big kid.

I just hope I get many more years hunting with them both. It has been great watching them grow, but these are some of the days we will remember forever
