Default Fustrating but Fun

Well spent another day out in the woods trying to get my first coyote. Since we had snow on the ground I figured I would have a better shot at locating Mr. Coyote. Sure enough not 20 yrds from where I parked.

Followed this guy around untill he stopped for a snack

Then I followed him so more and he found another kill that was pretty well picked over. Stopped a couple times to sit and call but no luck on bringing him in. Sun was starting to go down, so I thought I better boogie but ran into a moving road block.

Must have been a hundred elk, no bulls but a spike was still packing some bone. All in all a fun trip, lots of deer, lots of elk, but no coyote

Still a good way to spend a day, even without getting a yote.
