Default Service on Yamaha F225 questions

I have a 2002 Yamaha F225 4 stroke
1) How do I get my hands on a service manual for this motor?
2) In changing the water pump. How do I get the impeller off the shaft. It is fixed very well to the shaft.
3) What type of situations lead to water in the lower unit oil?

Thanks

Tiny

Well first off to get a service manual. Just of the Yamaha Webb page
and there is every thing you are asking about there. as for getting
to the impeller you have to drop the lower unit. then take the cover off
of the impeller.after that there is a collar that is vary tight.to remove, but after you get off, the rest is a snap. make sure you get the key back in.that is vary important. then reverse the order of disassembly. it should
take about 2 hrs. how many hrs on the engine ?? is the pitot port peeing
alot or a little.?? If you have a good stream you really are not in any danger over heating.

bad seal allowing water in. Might be a bad bearing that caused the seal to go. when you change the impeller change the seal and the bearing under the seal.

Thanks for the feedback!

I'll download the manual today.

how many hrs on the engine ?? The motor has 600 hours.

is the pitot port peeing a lot or a little.??
If the pitot port is on the starboard side of the motor and toward the boat it was peeing a little then stopped. My buddy just took the lower unit off and took the cover off the pump and is telling me it looks fine.
