Default ATC's Maximum day trip questions

Hi ATC:

I read about your Maximum day trip on another post. Since we are allowed to chum for tuna this year, do you have any plans to have some dead Sardines, Anchovies or Herring on board? I have a lot of experiance chumming with the live stuff down south, I also used dead chum also and it can make a diffrance some times. Looking forward to fishing with you again this year.

Tady

Don't forget I owe you one.

I've been wanting to try chumming but not sure how it will work with dead bait. I know dead bait will work on the hook but it's acting a little like injured due to the fishermans action.

These 24 hour trips will give me a chance to try all kinds of things. Like I said, there won't be much time for sleeping.

Capt. Mike,

Any cost info on this trip? Sounds like fun. I may want to get in on one of these.

ATC, chunking with dead herring works pretty darn good. A couple handfuls of herring chopped into 3 or 4 chunks thrown into your wake when you get a strike will quickly get the other lines hit.

The other trick is to dump bloody water over on a strike. I use the bilge pump for this. Wash the blood down with seawater and wait till you get a strike to pump it over.

The 24 hour (maximum day trip) will be $295 and we will require a doctors okay to go.
