mexico fishing

i am going to be in mexico during Aug. this year. can anybody tell me what i should or could be fishing for? it will be my 1st trip there and i want to get my plans firmed up. i'll be in cancun. what kind of fish are running near there?

husker thought maybe I would be able to help, but since your going to Cancun it won't do you much good to give you info on Mazatlan, am going in a couple weeks for three weeks, hope to bill fish three or four times and a couple Pango trips. I will e-mail anything I can but the time frame is not going to help much either. April and Aug is a big difference in Mexician waters.......Ray
