Default Garganey in Oregon????

Anyone here ever see a Garganey in the wild? I got a report of a sighting in the north valley and am thinking it was missed ID. Not saying it can't happen. Just would like to hear that others have even seen one around in the past. Very cool duck and would love to get some pictures of it if possible. Any info would be appriociated.

Cheers,

Adam

I have heard this before, but could never prove it. Seems like it would have been way off course. Would be interesting to find out how it got here though.

There was a confirmed Eurasian Green Wing teal shot in Washington this season so although uncommon this kind of thing does happen. It just never seems to happen to me .
