Default Scripps El Nino Forecast Update
The latest update (2/4/2004) of the Scripp's El Nino forecast model still calls for "warm" conditions in 2004 (similar to 2003). Based on the current guestimate, we could see SST's off our coast similar to last year. We'll keep our fingers crossed. Bob
