Sportsman Show
I'll be at the Sportsman Show on Friday.
I plan to attend the ODFW meeting being held there in the am and then move on to the show.
Anyone else going to be there Friday?

Re: Sportsman Show
Greg-
You want to pick up your harpoon Friday? I won't be at the show, but you can come by my place after.

Re: Sportsman Show
Anyone out there doing any tuna promotions at all or even showing off tuna gear. Just curious since so much was made of this fishery this year.

Re: Sportsman Show
I went today with my daughter and we had a blast!
Of course, she loves the trout pond!
I picked up a few goodies and saw Puffin and I think Maverick Maxcat?
Bruce, the show is at the Expo center right down the road from Rodgers Marine. The parking lot is almost always full but you can park over at the dogtrack by Fisherman's marine and catch a free shuttle over.

Re: Sportsman Show
Bruce, the show is at the expo center at Jansen Beach.
Greg, I will be working at the Tillamook Anglers booth #1252 (by the casting pond)from 5 til 9 on Friday. Y'all stop by and grab a couple raffle tickets. Jerry Dove has some very nice rods and reels to raffle off. I can't think of a better group to support. This helps support the Kid's fishing day, fin clipping and many other projects that enhance our favorite hobby. See you down there. Kasey

Re: Sportsman Show
Popeye,
Went to the show this afternoon. As I passed the Tradewinds Charters both, a gent walked up and asked if they offered Swordfish Trips!
You have started something.

Re: Sportsman Show
Seasquid, I'm planning to attend Ed Imans seminar on Sturgeon fishing at 2:00.
I'll actually be at the Blue theater from a little before 1:00 until Imans gig is over.
How about a non sanctioned TA meeting at the Pabst Blue Ribbon Room around 5:00?
Bruce, hope to see you there!
Mark, I'll stop by before 1:00.
Kasy, I'll already have been there and gone by the time you get to the Tilly Anglers booth. You can rest assured I will have a pocketfull of raffle tickets.
C&E, No TUNA seminars this year. Englunds is putting on a Halibut/bottomfishing demo at their baitrigging booth though.
Kurt, Lots of time till Hali season. I'm sure I'll see you at a TA between now and then.

Re: Sportsman Show
Steve and Greg....We've got dinner reservations downtown @ 6:30 so if I do see you at 5 it won't be for long :depressed:
Another question: Who's going to be around Sat afternoon? It's a long story, but I'm going to be looking for a possible ride back to a hotel at the airport Sat afternoon
