Default Fish Story

Hi,

I've been a procrastinating about a fish story. I'm new to fishing on the ocean. I've been out twice. The first time, my wife a I went on a charter in Newport. It was a lot of fun and we both caught our limit of bottom fish. My wife caugh a Cabazon. She thought her line was caught on the bottom but the Captain convinced her that she had a fish on the line. The second time, I went out with a friend on his 17' Arima. We both enjoyed ourselves a lot. Was the first time for ocean salmon fishing for me. The first bite I got, I grabbed my pole and the first thing I did was fall on my butt. I missed the fish but didn't lose my pole. I ended up catching 1 silver. I am buying a 21' Trophy and plan on doing a lot more ocean fishing this year and in the future. Looking forward to fishing with Ifish members. I'll be fishing out of Newport and Depoe Bay. Sorry I didn't have a good fish story but that's all the fishing I've done on the ocean.

Ray
