Spring fever hits the wife.
My wife loves the out doors . She likes to hike, bike , hunt , she loves to camp out and swim. But, she is not a boater. She only fishes ,,well , like, never. This morning I herd words come from her mouth I didnt expect.
"Im really looking forward to going out in our boat" I about fell over. I gave her one of those looks like . And she went on to elaborate. " I am really lookin forward to putting around in the boat while you boys fish, I can read a book and let the warm breeze wash me. "
Made my day!!!! id. painter

So id.... when are you leaving for Cabo with the boat?? That's about the only place my wife likes to "fish". Oregon coast does not fit her definition of "warm breeze" and the Pacific Ocean swell/chop odes not fit her definition of "putting around". Oh well... I didn't marry her for her fishing abilities!

Re: Spring fever hits the wife.
It ain't just yer wife, id. I drug the boat out yesterday and ran the motors, checked out the electronics, added a little more stabil to the gas, adjusted the crank on the trailer, checked out the lights .... and almost wept when I put her back in the shop. :depressed:
How many more days?

Re: Spring fever hits the wife.
You hit it right on the head Mel.
I will work on the Cabo thing for next year, .
In her mind we are trolling on American Falls res. the temp is near 95, slight breeze , no chop or swell, and she can swim if the fishing is slow. We are needing the top up for the shade.
Sounds nice , eh . id. painter
