Default Flush Mount rod holder install project

Below is a picture showing the finished resilts from one of several off-season boat projects I've done this winter.

Found a source for flush mount stainless rod holders with cap and liner for $20, so got two and just completed the install. Very easy project, and I think great results. Email me if you'd like info on the source.

Nice!! When are you going to have a pair of outriggers built to stick into it?

Keta, I mounted these for the rods... after the stories last summer of the holders breaking and folks losing their rods and reels, I wanted to upgrade for tuna.

The same outfit I got these holders from sell a set of outriggers, poles, base, clips, etc for less than $100. Maybe I'll put them on next winter's boat project list.

Nice, blubeast. You can't even beleive how hard it is to remove a buckled rod from one of those rocket launchers ... I bet you're gonna find out though.
